Enhanced Athlete Is Enhancing The World Of Body Building

Enhanced Gear, Athlete and Coaching are 3 companies that exist under the aegis of Enhanced Athlete. All 3 companies are interconnected, and after legislation that came in the favor of the parent company, they are now all stronger as well. This company successfully won a judgement in court where they were being sued by Nutrition Distribution. Nutrition Distribution has a number of lawsuits against companies in the same space, that is some way or another, are doing more business than they are, in the same space, and for reasons unknown, the company maintains the resulting position that it is okay to sue competitors.

Being better than other companies in the same space should not be automatically tantamount to getting sued, but the fact remains this is happening all-too-regularly in the nutritional product space. Enhanced Athlete, a company that has a tag line “become superhuman,” has a reputation for delivering to people who take body building very seriously, products and services they want.

Coaching, products , gear and videos are all awaiting those who visit their website, and from these self-proclaimed “pioneers of human evolution,” support and informative content is all just a link-click away on their home page. Developing one’s body requires a lot of discipline, studying and an awful lot of hard work. It is not a pursuit that is undertaken lightly, nor is it for those that don’t know what they are doing. This pursuit cannot be undertaken without becoming a student of lifting, technique, eating and overall physical fitness.

Companies like Enhanced Athlete galvanize people to become more than they are; it is all about working hard and achieving betterment. There is nothing wrong with building a company designed to help others become better through creating a stronger physicality. They are making the world a better place to be, one stronger human being at a time.

The case that Nutrition Distribution brought, stating that there was “causal connection” between Enhanced Athlete’s false advertising and how it led to their “lost sales.” It is hard enough to create a company, to build a brand and to create success, so it leads to wondering how a company, that seems deeply concerned with pipe lining losing lawsuits, is concerned about creating a brand at all. Enhanced Athlete won that case, and the company is building their company even stronger than it was before this lawsuit began. This is the definition of success and this is also likely why Enhanced Athlete will get stronger and a company that is mired in bringing lawsuits for almost no reason at all, will likely fail.

Larkin & Lacey Stand Up for Justice

Larkin & Lacey are the voices of justice in an era where expedience seems to carry the day. In October 2007, they were arrested from their apartments and hauled into prison for crimes they were never informed. The protagonist: Joe Arpaio, Sheriff Maricopa County.

President Donald trump Seems to have had it all thought out before his assuming office on Capitol Hill. Never has a president caused so much trouble in a few months following his swearing-in.

As if the controversies he has triggered aren’t filling his in-tray, President Trump pulled off another major one, rubbing many people standing for justice the wrong way.

Mr. Arpaio was sentenced to serve, ten years ago for oppressing Larkin & Lacey; the two journalists that the Sheriff sought revenge against because of publishing the oppressive acts that he was meting out against immigrants of Latin origin.

The two journalists, finally got justice in an Arizona court which declared their arrests illegal and further ordered Mr. Arpaio to pay the two a huge sum of money. Sources privy to the ruling say that Mr. Arpiao was ordered to pay Larkin & Lacey some $ 30 million. Mr. Arpaio had gained himself a place in history as one of America’s worst Sheriff.

However, the justice that had been served did not last long. District Judge Susan Bolton validated the presidents pardoning of Mr. Arpaio.

Yes, it’s true that in the end, the controversial American leader who might just as well earn himself a name; all for the wrong reasons has pardoned America’s Worst Sheriff, Mr. Joe Arpaio, the ex-Sheriff of Maricopa County.

Contempt of Court

Mr. Arpaio was pardoned after he was found guilty of contempt of court in a case where he defied the order of a federal judge emanating from a lawsuit about racial profiling.

Larkin & Lacey are former owners of Phoenix New Times. They are the only journalists that dared to cover the antics of Mr. Joe Arpaio’s 24-year reign at the helm of the police department. The wayward law enforcement boss hatched a trick to punish the journalists. He rounded them up and tramped up charges against them.

Now, Mr. Arpaio is getting a helping hand from a rather unusual source. Some critics suggest that President Trump’s actions only serve to prove his poor leadership skills and an evil agenda for the American dream.

Larkin & Lacey aren’t leaving Trump alone too. The two journalists recall and highlight some of the heinous acts perpetrated by Joe Arpaio during his time as the Sheriff in town.

They allude to a large number of mutilated dead bodies that were ferried from prison because of the Sheriff’s racist stance and unfair treatment of Latin American and Afro American men and women.

For a man who even kept what he referred to as a concentration camp, a term with a heavy racist and murderous innuendo, right from the craftsmanship of the world’s worst dictator ever: Mr. Adolf Hitler, President Trumps move to pardon the Sheriff in a move that speaks volumes about what he stands for.

Larkin & Lacey are incensed at the turn of events. They, however, point out that the problem with America is systemic. They do not understand how, even Joe Arpaio was being sentenced for contempt of court when he had committed more heinous crimes including abductions, fraud, sex crimes and more.

Dr. David Samadi Talks Mitt Romney and Prostate Cancer

Mitt Romney, the former nominee for the United States Presidency, recently went on record to discuss a recent surgical procedure regarding prostate cancer, which he was diagnosed with last year. The removal of the slow-growing tumor seems to signify Mitt Romney’s intention to run for the United States Senate seat that will soon be vacated by Utah Senator, Orrin Hatch. The surgery, which proved to be a resounding success, was performed at UC Irvine Hospital by Dr. Thomas Aherling. In 2017 alone, more than 160,000 men were diagnosed with prostate cancer, and that number is expected to climb by a substantial margin in 2018.

Prostate cancer usually develops in men over the age of 65, with 66 being the average number, while it is much rarer in men under the age of 40. Mitt Romney, who turned 70 in March of last year, was not the first politician to successfully undergo surgery, as he joined the likes of Colin Powell, who was treated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, as well as John Kerry, who was diagnosed during his run for the presidency in 2002.

According to Dr. David Samadi, when a man is diagnosed with prostate cancer, the two most effective options are surgery or radiation therapy. Dr. Samadi always chooses to discuss the pros and cons of each option, as making the correct decision is of significant consequence. He is a staunch proponent of using surgery to combat the disease, particularly when it remains localized, as studies have proven that, when this is the case, surgery has been decidedly more effective. The likelihood of a person succumbing to prostate cancer is two times greater with radiation therapy, and this form of treatment may come with deadly side effects, the most severe of which can be secondary rectal or bladder cancer. Those who opt to have surgery as opposed to radiation treatment, have nearly a 100 percent chance of survival, while those who choose radiation, can have as low as a 30 percent chance, particularly when it is chosen as the first option.

Dr. David Samadi is a celebrity doctor who holds the distinction of being the Chief of Robotic Surgery, as well as the Chairman of Urology for Lenox Hill Hospital. Specializing in minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Samadi was recognized as the highest paid doctor in New York City in 2012.
