It is in that article that he reminded people of the ethics in advertising agencies today. He even highlighted there five of the red flag signs for an anti-corruption campaign.

He cited there the importance of Brazil’s Anti-Corruption Law and to implement it in all of the advertising agencies today. Compliance is important. Companies and law enforcement agencies should meet hand in hand to make sure that such goal can get guaranteed results.

Some of these red flags in anti-corruption campaigns include the issue of intermediation of advertisers, involvement of media and the importance of declaring all the necessary and non-misleading data that advertisers showcase in their ads. Deception is an ominous fault in the world of advertising.

Fagali also mentioned in JOTA the need for Incentive Plans and making them as transparent a piece of program today. Bonuses given to the sellers or the agents, as well as to the agencies, should also be transparent and should be revealed in the most just manner.
